Crunchy Pea Salad
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup plain yogurt or low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 10-ounce box of frozen peas
1 cup salted peanuts
¼ cup grated red onion
1. Mix yogurt, vinegar, sugar and grated onion.
2. Gently stir in the peas and nuts.
3. Chill for about an hour. Then, munch with friends!
